1. Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of the site ulventaris.com, owned by Ulventaris S.A.S., as well as the information, tools and services offered through it.
2. Identification of the company
Ulventaris S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71862940-4, registered with IGJ under No. 6824, Volume 32 of S.A.S., with registered office at Av. del Libertador 4801, 12th floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic. Incorporated in 2021.
3. Registrations and authorisations
Ulventaris S.A.S. is registered as a Collective Financing Platform under No. PFC-021 with the National Securities Commission (CNV Resolution 1041/2024) and registered in the National Consumer Protection Registry under No. 187432.
4. Use of the site
The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with the law, good faith and these terms. Any fraudulent, unlawful or harmful use of the rights of Ulventaris or third parties is prohibited.
5. Informational nature
The information published on the site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a public offering of securities, financial advice, investment recommendation or invitation to trade. Each project is governed by its own contractual documentation.
6. Risks
Investments made through collective financing platforms entail risks, including the total or partial loss of the invested capital and a lack of liquidity. They are not covered by the deposit guarantee scheme. We recommend reading the Operating Regulations before investing.
7. Intellectual property
All contents of the site (texts, images, trademarks, logos and code) are the property of Ulventaris S.A.S. or used under licence. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without authorisation is prohibited.
8. Modifications
Ulventaris S.A.S. may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, publishing the updated version on the site. Continued use implies acceptance of the modifications.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Commercial Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other forum or jurisdiction that might apply.
