2. Data we collect
We collect the name, email address and browsing data (IP address, device, pages visited and cookies) that you choose to share when subscribing to our newsletter, completing forms or using our platform.
3. Purpose
We process your data to send you information about real estate crowdlending projects, manage your subscription, perform statistical analyses, comply with legal obligations and improve the quality of our services.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your express consent, granted by accepting this policy, and the execution of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship established with Ulventaris S.A.S., in accordance with Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data.
5. Sharing with third parties
Your data may be shared with technology service providers (hosting, analytics and email delivery) acting as data processors, as well as with authorities when legally required. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and the applicable legal periods. Once those periods expire, the data is deleted or anonymised.

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion by sending an email to privacy@ulventaris.com. The Agency of Access to Public Information is the supervisory authority in Argentina and you can file complaints before it.
